Hi, I’m Katie Rico – mum to two young girls, a moon-lover, avid hiker, travel enthusiast and Libra always on quest for balance and inner peace amongst the chaos of mum life. I live in Rochdale where I also teach and although I’ve travelled I will always come back to this town, my love for it and my roots run deep. Yoga has changed my life in ways I never expected – not just on the mat, but in how I live, connect, and show up in the world. It’s not just a practice; it’s a way of life.
